Suspected thief caught and stripped naked while attempting to flee with stolen bag in Ondo State

A suspected thief was caught earlier today at Valentino Estate, Ondo State while attempting to escape after snatching a bag. The bag snatcher was stripped naked and pushed into muddy water by angry residents.
