The founder and presiding Bishop of the megachurch, Living Faith Church Worldwide International, AKA  Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo has invoked God’s curses on those fueling Southern Kaduna killings, saying God should break up Nigeria now if it is His will.

The Bishop who, during a ministration and while raining down curses on those promoting the wanton killings, equally said that God sent him to this continent as His apostle of liberation to stop it from decadence. “God sent me as His apostle of liberation to this continent to stop it from decadence.” “I heard from God and He has proved it beyond measure. If Nigeria waits for the church to rise, Nigeria will disappear as a nation.” Speaks in tongue. “You mean God cannot protect people? What a mess!” 


“Every agent of destruction in Government today, call fire down on their head, call fire down on their head.” “Everyone sponsoring evil against the nation, let your fire fall on him!” “A Boko Haram agent was captured and they said he escaped. Everyone connected to his escape, fire consume them, consume them, consume them!” To his congregation, he said, “Go ahead and pray.” Prays in tongue.

DADDY G.O {Pastor Adeboye } Retires as General Overseer of RCCG, names Obayemi as Successor

Pastor Adeboye, on Saturday named a new General Overseer (GO), Pastor J.O Obafemi, as his successor, ahead of his 75th birthday on 2 March. Pastor Joshua Obayemi was appointed the new GO at the Annual Ministers Thanksgiving at Shimawa, in Ogun State. The newly appointed GO was the former Special Assistant to the General Overseer (SATGO) on Finance. Adeboye also appointed Pastor Johnson Odesola, who was the Special Assistant on Administration and Personnel, as the church Secretary. Adeboye was born on March 2, 1942, in Ifewara, Osun State. 


Pastor Adeboye had his B.Sc. in Mathematics at University of Nigeria Nsukka, and subsequently got his PhD in applied mathematics from the University of Lagos, and worked as a lecturer in Mathematics at the universities of Lagos and Ilorin, before going into full time priesthood in 1984. After joining the RCCG in 1973, he began working to translate the sermons of its then Pastor and founder, Rev. Josiah Olufemi Akindayomi, from Yoruba into English. In 1981, Adeboye was appointed General Overseer of the church. He took over from Papa Akindayomi, who had died the previous year. For three years he performed the role part-time, still lecturing at Ilorin.

 He finally gave up his university position to preach full-time. The church, which was not well known prior to Adeboye’s ascendance has grown phenomenally, to become Nigeria’s biggest, with branches globally in about 190 countries, including more than 14,000 in Nigeria. Adeboye has stated that his aim is to put a church within five minutes of every person on Earth. He’s happily married to Adenike, now 68 years.

Funke Akindele And Husband JJC Skillz Launch Their Own Record Label

Popular Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, and her husband, Abdulrasheed Bello aka JJC Skillz, have launched a new record label.
The power couple unveiled the artistes signed to the new record label during their recent housewarming ceremony.
Mo’Eazy, Ruby and Pearl (members of Gemstones), MartinsFeelz and Sonorous are the first batch of artistes signed to Scene One.
Jenifa, as she is fondly called, said;

“When I met JJC, I loved his talent so much, so, I told him why don’t we have a record label. I don’t know anything about music. My husband is a good producer and singer.
“We went out to look for fresh talent and here we are today,”
