Woman shares inspiring photos of her journey of recovery after a double mastectomy in order to raise awareness

Amanda Stewart from Scotland posted photos of her journey to recovery following a double mastectomy on her Facebook page, Cancer, You lose. The 33-year-old mother of two decided on the surgery after she discovered she was at high risk of developing breast cancer.

She posted both before and after photos of her breasts in a bid to help raise breast cancer awareness and help other women going through similar experiences. See the photos after the cut...
